They were able to accommodate me for a last minute appointment when I suddenly had a leak in my exhaust system. Great service and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them!

I needed a tire repair today and MacDonald's took me in right away. On my way to work I got a hole in my tire and it was deflating fast, I called MacDonald's Automotive and they said I could go right away. They fixed my tire as soon as I arrived, and had me on my way in about 15 minutes! They turned an unexpected and stressful situation into a positive experience.

Laura and the crew have taken excellent care of my car for a long time. Service is fast and efficient.

Friendly and accommodating. I never feel as though my vehicle is being serviced for something it doesn't need.

Service here was amazing. Called to book an appointment and got an appointment the next day. Took my car in early morning and it was ready by lunch. Good, fair pricing for the new muffler I got. Laura was incredibly kind and efficient. Overall a great experience and would trust them to service my vehicle again.

Brought in Dodge Dakota with a snap bolt inside the cylinder head and couldn't get it out myself, they were able to get it out and install the new manifold I had for it.

Great customer service. I love that they provide a free diagnostic and shuttle service. I went in with a low coolant light and they had discovered a minor leakage. They gave me an approximate repair cost and was transparent as to how and when I should repair the leakage. My mechanic/technician, Josh, was able to show me where the issue was occurring and how I can monitor it. Thanks again for the great experience!

I texted Laura this morning because my car was making ridiculous noises. I feared the absolute worst! Laura texted me right back (before business hours) and said to absolutely drop it off. I did. A few hours later I received a call from her, and she gave me the run down. FABULOUS news but on top of that, she was more than courteous, professional and friendly. I've taken my vehicle here more than once and the service is always the same! 10/10 recommend!
